Toffee has been a family tradition for over 40 years for Deena Koessl, the owner of Alpine Toffee. While growing up her father made this candy in two pound batches as a special treat during holidays. He would then deliver small baggies to people all over Northern Colorado. After many requests to make it available for purchase, they have finally done so!
